Carlo's Coffee Kitchen is Milton Keynes' first and only coffee roaster. Bringing coffee to the town in a way that hasn't been done before.
I source speciality grade coffee from around the world, roast them to show off their unique characteristics, and then deliver them to you in bag or in cup.

My focus is truly great coffee and outstanding service. That's why I roast and deliver personally 3 days a week in the Milton Keynes area, and of course dispatch coffee nationally via Royal Mail.

ROASTING

My aim when roasting your coffee is to tease out the coffee's subtle flavours. To highlight the hard work that has been undertaken by the farmers at origin, and showcase what each individual coffee has to offer.

No one coffee is the same as the other; season to season, country to country, coffee variety to coffee variety the flavour of a particular coffee can be impacted by so many different parts of its journey, and it is my goal to highlight as many of these differences in flavour and process as possible.
